Technical condition
Choose the technical condition of the building where the evaluated flat can be found.
Description of the reconstruction
Describe the reconstruction of the building - for example replacement of windows, reparation of facade, heat cladding, improvements of circulating area. How many years ago the reconstruction was carried out?
Car standings
Choose the number of outside standing places exclusively belonging to the flat.

Living space area

Fill in the area of the front garden belonging to the flat( if there is any). - in m2/p>
Flat configuration
Choose how the floorage area is divided into rooms.

Purpose of the evaluation
Choose what the purpose of the evaluation is.

- The realty to be sold within 1-2 months
- The realty to be sold within 3-6 months
- The realty to be sold within longer than 6 months
The price you gain quite often depends on how quickly you need/want the sale to be realized.
When choosing points 2 - 4 we will recommend you an adjustement of the price. Acoording to our experience with Czech realty market if you follow our advice there is a great possibility of accomplishing the sale in the required time, but still holding the merit af a good price for you.
Remaining loan
Write the ammount which is needed to be paid to the housing association, so that the flat could be assigned to several estate.
Type of ownership
Choose type of ownership of the flat. Cooperative ownership means that the flat is in possesion of housing association and the share of it can be assignated. Several estate means that there is a single owner with all proprietary rights.
